Backtesting is first-class
Every datapoint distinguishes when something occurred, when it was published, and when it became knowable. Queries as-of a past time never see data that wasn't available then.
Read the docs →Optimized financial context for your AI. Works in ChatGPT, Claude, and any MCP client. Also available over REST and in the app.
01 / Surfaces
No new platform required. Connect Ultralayer in the AI tools you already use, call it over REST, or try the app — same intelligence, zero infrastructure to run.

MCP and plugins for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, and any MCP-compatible client. Agent skills included — so the model knows how to use the tools, not just that they exist.
02 / The Wire
Ultralayer monitors hundreds of channels around the clock — filings, news wires, RSS feeds, Telegram, X, YouTube, podcasts and more. Every story becomes one dense wire item: entities with sentiment, sectors, countries, importance, trust, and a link to the story it advances.

Every update and correction carries prior_wire_id — the chain back to the first print. Syndication copies are tagged duplicate so one filter removes them.

03 / Developments & Events
A development is a structured record of one market fact: what happened, importance and surprise scores, which public companies it touches with signed impact, and the sources that back it. Events group developments into storylines you can follow for months.

One query returns multiple long-lived events — each with its latest development — instead of a flat list of headlines.
Arcadis confirms sweetened €51.50 per share unsolicited takeover bid from WSP Global
Arcadis confirmed a revised, unsolicited takeover proposal from WSP Global at €51.50 per share in cash and stock — up from the €48.50 offer its board unanimously rejected. The board is reviewing the new proposal with financial and legal advisors.
Arcadis N.V.. Target of the revised bid; the sweetened offer sets a higher valuation floor and strengthens the board's negotiating position.
“WSP Global has offered €51.50 per share in a combination of cash and WSP stock. This follows a previous unsolicited offer of €48.50 per share”

04 / Alerts
An alert wraps any Ultralayer query — wire filters, a semantic topic, a ticker's developments — polls it on your schedule, skips everything already delivered, and pushes new matches to email, Telegram, or a webhook.

Quiet by design. No repeat noise, no digest padding — a message means something happened.

According to UBS estimates, hyperscalers' capex will rise 76% this year to $673 billion, but will increase by only 25% next year and just 6% in 2028. Though these entities have initially funded the AI buildout through their own cash, hyperscalers are now turning to external financing which raises huge questions on capital-market pressures and spending growth.
The four major hyperscalers raised their AI capital expenditure budget to $750 billion for 2026. This figure is set to cross $1 trillion next year and is likely to rise further beyond 2027. The major reason for the hike is due to expectations of higher AI infrastructure component prices and incremental costs for expanding data center capacity in the near future.
We'll be watching for the CapEx guidance going forward. And we've already seen very sharp upgrades to what their 2026 projections could last. These hyperscalers essentially are spending defensively to maintain their position… I actually think analysts may be underestimating what CapEx could be next year.
